1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with JB PEST CONTROL, you agree that:

• You are providing accurate and complete information.
• Services will be carried out at the scheduled time unless otherwise notified.
• Emergency or same-day service is subject to availability.

2. Payments

Clients agree to the following payment terms:

• All prices are clearly communicated before service begins.
• Payments must be made upon service completion unless other terms are agreed. 50% Advance based on Work Order Or Our Agreement Paper & another 50% after completion of work.
• We accept UPI, and major digital payment methods.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours within Booking Time.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a service charge.

4. Service Limitations

Our pest control services are effective under normal conditions, but:

• We do not guarantee permanent removal unless full treatment plans are followed. This may control pests, never kill them.
• Follow-up visits may be required depending on infestation severity.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unreported conditions.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safety and effectiveness, customers must:

• Follow all preparation guidelines given before service.
• Keep pets and children away from treated areas during and after service.
• Notify us of any allergies or chemical sensitivities in advance.

6. Website Use

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.

The total Pest Control Process is mainly an On Going Process. Based on it, the pests are controlled.
